This Privacy Policy explains how TradeMind: Quant Math Prep ("we," "our," or "us") handles your information when you use our mobile and desktop application on iOS and macOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a transparent, secure educational experience.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe that your interview preparation and practice data should remain private.

• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide your name, phone number, physical address, or personal email address to use the core features of the app.
• No Tracking or Advertising: We do not track you across third-party apps or websites, nor do we sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs.

2. Local & iCloud Data Storage

To provide seamless functionality, our app generates and stores test results, custom difficulty settings, and practice histories.

• Local Device Storage: All cognitive game scores, high-speed mental math results, and custom settings are stored locally on your device.
• Apple iCloud Syncing: If you have enabled iCloud on your Apple devices, your practice progress may be synced across your iOS and macOS devices using Apple's native CloudKit/iCloud infrastructure. This data is encrypted by Apple and stored within your private iCloud account. We do not have direct access to, nor do we store, your synced data on any external servers.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

TradeMind offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases (e.g., TradeMind Pro) to unlock advanced practice modules and assessment banks.

• Apple StoreKit Processing: All financial transactions, subscriptions, billing processing, and refunds are handled entirely and securely by Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store.
• Payment Privacy: We never receive, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID credentials. We only receive anonymous, non-identifying transaction receipts from Apple to validate whether a user has an active pro subscription or lifetime entitlement.

4. Third-Party References and Legal Disclaimer

TradeMind is an independent interview preparation tool designed to simulate high-speed mental math and sequence assessments.

• Non-Affiliation: This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Optiver, Akuna Capital, Flow Traders, Citadel, Two Sigma, Jane Street, or any other financial institutions or quantitative trading firms mentioned within the practice modules.
• Trademarks: All company names, firm names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive and reference purposes only.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is designed for university students and professionals preparing for quantitative finance and engineering interviews. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your relevant jurisdiction).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app's functionality or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
